I started training with Kane at no bull fitness in June, and as someone who has never enjoyed exercising I did not think that I would commit to regular sessions. I now train twice a week! Never missed a session, and no two sessions are ever the same. Kane is very knowledgeable about diet and fitness and listens to what your goals are. I would highly recommend booking in with Kane at no bull fitness as it won't be long before your achieving things you never thought possible whilst having fun at the same time.
